Ryan and Suzanne were exactly who I needed for this journey. I wanted to purchase my first investment property and was extremely nervous about doing it alone. From the first conversation I knew I was in good hands. They are both super responsive and supportive. I was also nervous about not looking in the Boston area but they were very willing to drive down an hr away to help me look. I was impressed by their knowledge and their way of analyzing the financial piece for me each and every time. Ryan and Suzanne were with me the entire time- from beginning till 'after' the end. After finding the investment property and closing, I thought I would be on my own but once again here they were. Within a week of closing, They were already looking at potential tenants and within a month a unit was filled and the second one is also on its way. I can't say this enough: I would not have been able to handle this without them. This was something I always wanted to do but was afraid but after working with Ryan and Suzanne, I'm convinced that this will not be my only investment property.
